Women's Tennis Drops Spring Opener

NASHVILLE --- The Tennessee State women's tennis team dropped its first match of the season against Campbell University, 0-7 Sunday morning at the Hadley Park Tennis Center. 

The morning started off with doubles matches against Campbell University, the Camels won the doubles point. During Mackenzie Beckham's match she was injured causing her to forefit the match. All other singles were won by Campbell University, giving Campbell the win of 7-0.

Up Next: The women's team will travel to Murfreesboro, Tenn. to compete against the women's team of Middle Tennessee State University on Jan. 25 at 4 p.m.
