MURRAY, Ky.--- The Tennessee State women's golf team sits in 14th place in the field of 15 teams at the Jan Weaver Invitational. The Tigers played 36 holes on day one with freshman Kalee Rhodes leading the way. Rhodes fired a team low of 81 in the morning session and came back with an 84 in the afternoon. Savannah Szozda and Morgan Rood matched Rhodes during round two after carding an 86 and an 88, respectively.

Haleigh Riley (82-89=171) scored for TSU with a 10-over, 82, during round one, while Trinidy Pate (90-88=178) scored in the second round with an 88.

Up Next: The Tigers tee off at 8:30 a.m. for the final round of the Jan Weaver Invitational on Saturday morning.
