Women's golf ends fall slate at F&M Intercollegiate

Hopkinsville. Ky.  - The Tennessee State University women's golf team concluded play at the F&M Intercollegiate on Tuesday afternoon, finishing 10th at the event which was held at The Links of Novadell Golf Course.

Murray State claimed the title by firing a tournament record of 584, followed by Jacksonville State, who carded a total of 588. Eastern Kentucky rounded out the top three scores by finishing with 599.

The Tigers wrapped up their tournament by posting a 36-hole score of 669 (335-334). Senior Jamie Pierce led the way for TSU, finishing tied for 40th overall at 157, with a final round score of 77. Marie Black finished second for TSU and 56th overall, posting a two round score of 165 (80-85).

Mya Billingsley (60th) and and Bria Norris (62nd) rounded out the scoring for the Tigers by carding 169 and 178, respectively.
