Former Lady Tiger I'mani Davis Inks Pro Deal with UCC Glanmire in Ireland

NASHVILLE --- Former Tennessee State University women’s basketball standout I’mani Davis signed a contract to play professional basketball for UCC Glanmire in Cork, Ireland on Wednesday.

Davis, a two-time OVC Champion, was a four-year starter for the Lady Tiger program from 2013-17. She holds the distinction of being the only Tennessee State student athlete to win an OVC championship with two different teams in the same year.

She helped TSU women’s basketball win the 2015 OVC Tournament Championship before earning gold in the high-jump to help the Tigerbelles claim the 2015 Outdoor Track and Field Championship.

The Tulsa, Okla. native finished her career with 1,133 total points and ranks 13th among TSU’s all-time leading scorers. She is also sixth on TSU’s career steals list while ranking seventh in all-time rebounding.
