MURRAY, Ky. --- A late Murray State run doomed the Tennessee State Lady Tiger basketball team as the host Lady Racers won a 74-66 Ohio Valley Conference contest Thursday night. The Lady Tigers had come all the way back from a 10-point deficit in the first half to take a 52-51 lead on Kisha Stewart's field goal at the 8:54 mark of the second half. The score was61-59 in favor of the Lady Racers when the hosts made the run to increase the lead to 71-61 with 1:44 left in the game. TSU (4-19, 2-11) placed four players in double figures with Stewart leading the way with 15 points. Aquanya McClain and Odessa Kelly each scored12 points while Quanecia Fletcher scored 10. Beth Schnakenberg's had 18 points and 11 rebounds to lead MSU (7-17, 3-10). The Lady Tigers will host Tennessee Tech Saturday at 5:30 p.m.
