As a Senior, 2019 Season: Competed in 27 matches in her final season as a Tiger... Pierson recorded 275 kills (2.68 per set), leading the team, also pushing her past a career milestone of 1,000 kills... Ending her career with 1,129 kills, 720 digs and 249 total blocks... Finished the season leading the team with 325 points (3.39 per set)... Led the team with seven double-doubles... In Tiger history she is now ranked fourth with 1,129 kills after surpassing Marshall (’95-’97) and Corral (’02-’03), who had 898... Pierson is also now fifth in total blocks after passing Wright (’02-’04), who had 247.

As a Junior, 2018 Season: Started in 27 of 27 matches played... Led the Tigers with 364 kills (3.37 per set), finishing the season fifth in the Ohio Valley Conference in kills per set... Led the team with 13 double-doubles, with a regular-season finale of 24 kills, 16 digs at Eastern Kentucky (11/10)... Led the team at the service line with 25 aces... Finished the season with a team-high 427 points (3.95 per set) – 4th in the OVC... After three seasons in blue and white, has moved into the sixth spot in Tennessee State volleyball’s record book for career kills (854), career attacks (2,512) and block assists (171).

As a Sophomore, 2017 Season: Missed 11 matches due to injury... Started 17 of 19 matches played... Led TSU in kills per set (2.95)... Third on the team in kills (215), posting a career-high 21 against Morehead (9/23), and against versus TN Tech (11/10)... Second on the team in double-doubles (3)... Earned a spot on the Ohio Valley Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.25+ GPA). 

As a Freshman, 2016 Season: Played in all 33 matches starting 30...Was second on the team in kills with (275)...Had career high with 14 kills in two matches against Alabama State (8/27) and Chattanooga (9/17)...Led the team in total blocks with (90)...Posted a career high of 9 blocks against Morehead State on (11/11)...Recorded double-digit kills in 10 contest...Had a hitting percentage of (.254)... Earned a spot on the OVC Commissioner's Honor Roll (3.25+ GPA).

At Wylie East HS: Four-year letterwinner for the volleyball team at Wylie East High School... Helped lead her team to the Bi-District Playoffs four years in a row... Named Newcomer of the Year as a freshman... Earned First Team All-District as a sophomore and junior and received Academic All-District honors her junior year.... Named Offensive MVP as a sophomore and junior.... Academic All-District honoree as a junior and senior... Served as captain of her high school and club team, Blocksport VBC, for the last three years... Involved as a leader in her high school’s mentoring programs.
