MATCH INFORMATION: TSU will travel to Richmond, Ky. on Sept. 27 to compete in it's first conference match of the season at 6 p.m. against Eastern Kentucky. The Tigers will then travel to Morehead, Ky. to compete against Morehead State at 1 p.m. on Sept. 28. 

TSU UPDATE: The Tigers finished out it's non-conference season with a win against UAPB 3-1 (13-25, 25-16, 25-17, 25-17). Giving Big Blue an overall record of 7-6. 

ABOUT EASTERN KENTUCKY: EKU is coming into the match 5-9. Freshman Abby Noll leads the team 152 kills and 148 digs on the year. Dena Tekavec leads Eastern Kentucky with 183 digs for this season. Eastern Kentucky's head coach Johnn Fouch is in her second season and also coaches beach volleyball. 

ABOUT MOREHEAD STATE: MSU has a 9-3 record for non-conference play. Olivia Lohmeier leads the Ealges with 212 kills. Allison Whitten leads the team with 174 digs. Morehead State's head coach Jaime Gordon is in his 17th season as the head volleyball coach at Morehead State.  He has led MSU to four Ohio Valley Conference regular-season titles in the last nine years and nine 20-win campaigns in the past 13 seasons.
