CAPE GIARDEAU, Mo. --- Southeast Missouri, one of the traditional volleyball powers in the Ohio Valley Conference, defeated an improving Tennessee State team Friday night 19-30, 27-30, and 25-30. The Lady Tigers, now 13-14 overall and 0-9 in the OVC, had a hitting percentage of .067 in the match. Jennifer Corral had 14 kills and had 64 of TSU's total attacks. Katherine Armwood led TSU with 20 digs. Southeast is 14-11 overall and 9-3 in the OVC. Southeast had a .228 hitting percentage. TSU continues its road swing with a match at Eastern Illinois on Saturday.
