As a Sophomore: Appeared in 30 games, while starting in 15... Recorded four hits and six runs...  Had 11 putouts and 23 assists

As a Freshman: Only played in five games before suffering a season ending injury

At Heritage HS: Named to the first team All-District and All-County teams for four consecutive years... Selected to first team All -Prep Xtra team three consecutive years....First Team All-Tournament in 2007 and 2008...  All-State Nominee in 2006 and 2007.... Helped lead team to the AAA State Tournament in 2006.... Led the team in batting average, on base percentage, runs batted in, stolen bases, homeruns, fielding percentage, and earned run average....Hit .441 with a .501 on base percentage and a .661 slugging percentage... Also tallied seven homeruns with 80 RBI and 67 stolen bases... As a pitcher had a record of 22-11 with a .071 ERA... Recorded 245 strike outs in 199 innings pitched....  MVP Hitting award in 2005 and 2006... Defensive MVP in 2007... Team MVP in 2008... Started on an East Tennessee All -Star team that played the Japanese National Team in 2007
