Tigers (11-29, 1-11): Tennessee State snapped an eight game skid with a doubleheader sweep of Alabama A&M on Wednesday. The Tigers came from behind to earn a 2-1, eight inning victory in game one and completed the sweep with a 7-0 victory in the nightcap. Due to heavy rains in the forecast for Saturday, the Tigers and the Racers will now meet on Tuesday at 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. The twin bill set for Sunday in Clarksville has been been moved to Wednesday with first pitch set for 4:00 p.m. The orginially scheduled game at Middle Tennessee on Apr. 26 has been cancelled due to the conference schedule changes.

Fellow sophomore Kendall Vedder gives the Govs a fourth threat at the plate, driving in 20 runs, while hitting .272 with 18 runs, seven doubles and six home runs.
