Tyler Miles

Tyler Miles joined Tennessee State as the Head Strength and Conditioning coach in July of 2019. In addition to his duties at TSU, Miles works as a trainer at Boost Performance.

Prior to his arrival in Nashville, Miles assisted Jared Myatt in the strength and conditioning department at Northwestern State after training the Salt Lake City Stallions of the former Alliance of American Football.

Upon graduation, the Kansas City, Kansas, native went on to work for the University of South Carolina football strength program before heading to Florham Park, New Jersey, to assist with the New York Jets during OTAs and minicamp. He has also worked at D1 Sports Training.

Miles graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Tennessee in May of 2018. He spent the fall of 2018 at his alma mater working with football and Olympic sports under coaches Dan Wirth and Craig Fitzgerald.
