TSU Academic Advisor holds book signing for new release

Nashville --- Tennessee State University Assistant Athletics Director for Academic Services will hold a book signing for her newly released book entitled Succeed Indeed featuring Academic Boot Camp.

The book signing will be held on Thursday, Sept.1 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the second floor of the TSU Floyd Payne Campus Center.

According to Dr. Smith's website, the purpose of Academic Boot Camp (ABC) is to provide easy and meaningful tips to aid young and seasonal professionals serving students into a path of academic greatness and graduation.   ABC ultimate goal is to reach the average or below average students and motivate them to believe in their own ability of making ABC grades and graduating from high school and/or college.  ABC can benefit educators, parents, churches and public service organizations.  

Dr. Smith had this to say about her new book:  "My appeal is simple: academic success and graduating students, especially at-risk students through the method of my new book titled Succeed Indeed. This book is less than 100 pages front and back, easy to read and ready for action Academic Boot Camp (ABC) style."
