LEXINGTON, Ky. --- The men's track and field team had four top-10 performances in the final day at the Jim Green Invite. 

R'Lazon Brumfield took first in the long jump with a leap of 7.39m, and was just .14m short of the top spot in the triple jump registering 15.95m. Freshman Jaedon Jones helped the Flying Tigers in the high jump finishing eighth. 

On the track, Michael Thompson placed seventh in a group of 40 competitors crossing the finish line in 48.74.

The Flying Tigers return to action in Birmingham at the UAB Green and Gold Invitational Jan. 24-25.
