The Tennessee State women's cross country team took ninth-overall over the weekend at the Ohio Valley Conference Cross Country Championships. The Tigerbelles picked up 221 points and two top-30 finishes at the 5K event. Leading the pack for the Tigerbelles was senior Juanita Thomas. She finished 28th overall with a time of 19:28.50, a new personal record. She was followed by Rae'Ven Richard, who finished 29th overall with a time of 19:29.24.
