OPENING SERVE: TSU has gone 2-3 in the spring portion of its schedule with a pair of victories over Arkansas Pine Bluff in early February. The Tigers are in the midst of a five-match road swing before playing six-consecutive matches at home.

LAST TIME OUT: The Tigers were handed a pair of losses last weekend, falling to Dayton by a 5-2 final score on Feb. 19 before suffering a 6-1 defeat at Northern Kentucky the following day. Grant Maddox (Greenbrier, Tenn.) won both of his matches at the No. 5 singles position during the week. Kyle Burton (Madison, Tenn.) added a No. 4 singles victory against Dayton.

ABOUT MIDDLE TENNESSEE: Ranked in the top 80 in the nation, Middle Tennessee is 9-2 on the season with wins over No. 46 Louisville and No. 62 Iowa on the resume. The Blue Raiders have won seven matches in a row and are 2-0 versus the OVC with a pair of wins over Murray State. Gonzalo Morell is 10-1 in singles, playing a majority of his matches at the No. 2 position.
