TSU Falls To A Pair Of OVC Foes
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Tennessee State men's tennis went winless over the weekend as they lost four contests at home.

The Tigers (0-12, 0-8 OVC) were swept on Friday, losing to non-conference opponent Western Kentucky 7-0

TSU lost the first of two matches on Saturday vs. Austin Peay in non-conference action 4-0. Daniel Bernal lost at #1 Singles 6-3, 6-1 to Jasmin Ademovic. The Govs also took the second match 5-0 in OVC play. Jared Asher won two games in the second set of his #3 Singles loss to Dimitar Ristovski 6-0, 6-2.

TSU ended the weekend with a 6-1 defeat against Murray State (1-16, 1-6 OVC). Bernal won a point for the Tigers at #1 Singles fighting back after losing the first set 6-4. Bernal came back to win the final two sets 7-5 and 10-7.

Tennessee State closes out the 2013 season on Thursday when they travel across town to face Belmont (5-13. 4-4 OVC) at 2 p.m.
