JACKSON, Tenn.--- The Tennessee State University men's golf team recorded a 15th place finish and a score of 851 in the Grover Page Classic hosted by OVC opponent Tennessee-Martin. Adam Gruber landed in the top 20 for the Tigers with an 11-over par 227 for the tournament. Locked in a three-way tied for 20th place, Gruber also tallied 10 birdies. Lawrence Lawson and Chris Siebel shot 238 and tied for 63rd while Mark Gruber finished 78th with a score of 248. The University of North Alabama claimed the top spot with a four-over par score of 868. Four Ohio Valley Conference schools landed in the top five as Tennessee Tech finished second with a 19- over par 883. Murray State carded an 893 for third place while UT-Martin recorded 894. Morehead State rounded out the top five with a 42-over par 906. The Tigers will next travel Alabama for the Samford Men's Golf Intercollegiate on March 11-13.
