Men's Cross Country Finishes Third at UTC Twilight

CHATTANOOGA, TENN. - The Tennessee State men’s cross country team earned a third-place finish at the UTC Twilight on Friday evening at Camp Jordan.

Competing in the 7K race, TSU scored 77 points for third place.

Thomas Mosley completed the course in 24:34.25 for TSU’s top time for 59th overall. He was followed closely by John Frierson in 25:54.37 for 74th place. 

The freshman duo of Jacob Miller (27:14.29) and Lunsford Zebeedee (28:19.03) were next to cross the finish line in 83rd and 88th place, respectively. Jaedon Jones rounded out TSU’s top five in 91st place in 30:40.52.

Next up for TSU is the Austin Peay Cross Country Festival in Clarksville, Tennessee on Saturday, Sept. 14.
