NASHVILLE --- The Tennessee State men’s basketball team spent Monday night volunteering their time at the Youth About Business Training Center in Nashville.

Throughout the night, members of the team and coaching staff spent time interacting with the children, eating dinner and watching the NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship together. Throughout the night, members of the TSU family passed along the message of the importance of education and staying out of trouble to the youth.

The Pastor on site addressed the group about being positive influences and giving back to the youth. At halftime of the national championship game, there was a raffle for the children to win prizes.

Youth About Business is a youth entrepreneurial training program for students ages 10-18.
