Moore and Peters Participating in Music City Classic
Tennessee State University men's basketball seniors Kenny Moore and Wil Peters are slated to compete in the 5th Annual Music City All-Star Classic on Saturday, April 28. The collegiate showcase starts at 6pm inside the Curb Event Center at Belmont University.

Moore and Peters were part of TSU's successful 2011-12 campaign as the duo helped the Tigers to a 20-win season and a postseason appearance in the Tournament (CIT).  

A native of Philadelphia, Moore averaged 11.1 points and connected on 53 three-pointers in his career. Moore was a 2011-12 preseason All-OVC selection and a second team All-OVC member in 2010-11.

Peters, a Whites Creek product and Nashville native, finished his career 10th all-time with 128 made-three pointers. Peters completed his career with 951 points and 386 assists. He logged over 3,572 minutes during his four-year career with the Tigers.

Other area athletes are competing in the event in as well. Tickets are $15 for General Admission and $10 for students with a valid school ID. Tickets may be purchased online at Proceeds benefit Soles 4 Souls. Fans are encouraged to bring used and new pairs of shoes for donation.
