OVC Booklets on Sale for Early Bird Price

Tickets for the 2012 Ohio Valley Conference Basketball Championship held Feb. 29 – March 3 at Municipal Auditorium in Nashville are on sale now. And until the end of the month, Tennessee State fans can purchase all-session booklets for a discounted price of $60 each.

This season, the OVC will implement quadrant seating for the conference tournament. This means that the four teams playing in each session will be assigned a quadrant for their seating location. The participating schools will have seats closet to the court and work their way to the mezzanine level. All balcony seating will be considered general admission.

The change was made to provide participating institutions with the best available seating for each session in which they participate. Although quadrant assignments will change during each session, every quadrant will have an identical configuration. Quadrants will be labeled by the institution.

The booklet will provide tickets for all the men’s and women’s basketball tournament games, including the OVC Championship. Fans that purchase the early bird all-session booklets not only receive better value, but will be assigned to Tennessee State’s quadrant. The early bird price ends on Jan. 31st. All-session ticket prices will then increase to $80 each.

Fans that purchase tickets at the arena will be assigned general admission and will not be seated in TSU’s quadrant. To purchase the OVC Championships all-session book, call the TSU Ticket Office at (615) 963-5841.
