John Cooper to sit in with Nashville's top sports radio show 104.5 The Zone

Nashville, Tenn. - Tennessee State University men's basketball head coach John Cooper will be featured on Nashville's number one sports talk radio, 104.5 The Zone. 

The show will air live, Friday, Nov. 13, from the Gentry Center from 3 to 7 p.m. prior to the Tigers' season opener against Siena College. Tiger fans are welcomed to listen and join in on the live broadcast.

In his debut as head coach, Cooper will sit in with The Zone's host, George Plaster, to talk about the Tigers' upcoming season and Friday night's match-up. Cooper's interview is scheduled for 3:25 p.m.

For nearly two decades, middle Tennessee sports fans have turned to George Plaster to find out what's happening with the area's teams. With Willy Daunic, Darren McFarland, and a vast arrat of special guests every day, fans are always on top of the day's top sports stories.

The Tigers will host Siena College on Friday night (11/13) at the Gentry Center with tip-off slated for 7 p.m. This is the third consecutive regular season home opener for TSU.
