Tigers Travel to SEMO for OVC Match-up

Tiger vs. Redhawks in Series Tie Breaker

Charleston, Ill. - After dropping their first conference game of the season, the Tigers (2-4, 0-1) will resume OVC play when they travel to Cape Girardeau, Mo. to face the Redhawks of Southeast Missouri. The match-up is scheduled for Saturday, December 6th, with a 7:30 p.m. tip-off.

Despite dropping their first conference game of the season, the Tigers will look to continue their second-half surge behind top scorers Gerald Robinson, Jr., Darius Cox, and Stephen Evans. Evans led the late charge scoring 11 straight points of his 13  in the last half.

Robinson, Jr. continues to lead the Tigers in scoring with 20.5 points per game with five assists per contest.

The last time the teams went head-to-head was January of last season with the Tigers defeating SEMO, 87-75. The series between the teams is tied, 16-16.

Tiger fans can catch a free live broadcast on beginning with the Lady Tigers' match-up with SEMO at 5:30 p.m.

The Tigers will then head to Normal, Ala. to face non-conference foe Alabama A&M on December 14th. Tip-off is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
