Started all 12 games… Tallied 51 stops (32 solo)… Notched three tackles for loss… Intercepted five passes, returning them 49 yards… Broke up six passes… Returned five kickoffs for 109 yards… Fielded 24 punts for 183 yards… Ran back a punt for a touchdown in the season-opener against Edward Waters (Aug. 30)… Picked off a pair of throws versus Jackson State (Sept. 13), running one back for a touchdown… Broke up a pair of passes against Tennessee Tech (Sept. 20)…. Tallied a career-high 13 tackles in his final game at Murray State (Nov. 22)… Intercepted a pass against the Racers… Anchored the OVC’s top total defense (303.2 yards per game) and pass defense (153.3 yards per game)… Named to the College Sporting News 2014 Fabulous Fifty FCS All-America Team… Selected an AP All-American… Made the AFCA and Sporting News All-American Teams… Chosen First Team All-OVC…


2013 - Junior Season

Named to OVC All-Newcomer Team… Saw action in 12 games, making seven starts… Recorded 39 stops, 35 solo… Tallied four interceptions on the year… Had five tackles for loss… Broke up nine passes, including four in TSU’s two NCAA Playoff Games… Picked off a pass against Jackson State (9/14) and returned it 71 yards… Recorded a season-high five stops against UT Martin (10/19), picked off a pass and returned a blocked field goal for a touchdown…

2011 - Freshman Season at Florida

Saw action in 12 games, making nine starts as a true freshman…Finished his debut season with 26 tackles, two interceptions, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery…In UF’s Gator Bowl win vs. Ohio State, recovered a fumble and recorded four tackles…Forced a fumble against Florida State…Returned an interception for a touchdown against Furman…Grabbed his first career interception at South Carolina…Made a career-best five tackles at Kentucky.

High School

Rated a three-star prospect according to and…In 2010, the 6A Florida Athletic Coaches Association Player of the Year for Seminole and Volusia counties…In his junior year, ran for 1,634 yards and 23 touchdowns…As a kick returner, had 580 yards and three touchdowns and led the Bulldogs on both sides of the ball to 6A state title game in his junior year… First-team All-State defensive back for 6A classification and named All-Central Florida Defensive Player of the Year by the Orlando Sentinel in 2009…Participated in the Under Armour High School All-American Game in 2011…Chose Florida over South Carolina, Ole Miss, Clemson, Cincinnati, USF and FIU…Coached by Kevin Pettis.
