Blue/White Game, Legends Game Set for Saturday in Hale Stadium

NASHVILLE --- The Tennessee State football team will play its annual Blue / White game on Saturday, Apr. 13 in Hale Stadium. The controlled scrimmage is scheduled for 3:00 p.m., directly after the Legends Game which is set for 2:00 p.m.

A year ago, the game was cancelled due to inclement weather in the Nashville area. The Tigers plan to compete in the Hole this year, but will move to the indoor facility if necessary.

The game is free and open to the public. Hale Stadium will also observe the “Clear Bag Policy” on Saturday, which is set in place for regular season games.

The game caps off a celebration weekend for Tennessee State football, which begins on Friday night with the Salute to Greatness. The event is to honor former members of the Big Blue who went on to play professionally.
