WOMEN'S GOLF PLAYER RECEIVES ALL-OVC SECOND TEAM HONORS

Nashville---Tennessee State University Women's golf player Jessica Nemnich was named to the All-OVC second team for the 2006 season. Jessica Nemnich opened her senior campaign with back-to-back Top-5 finishes in the fall and now has four Top-20 efforts for the year, boasting a 79.1 average over 18 rounds. "As team captain, Jessica has shown great leadership on and off the course and has been a great role model for the team's younger players." said Coach Michael Seward Jessica Nemnich was the only TSU player to be named to the All-OVC team. Nemnich, an education major, will graduate from Tennessee State with a 3.9 GPA after completing her student teaching in the fall.
