NASHVILLE --- The Tennessee State women's golf team hosted its first-ever dual match Thursday afternoon, playing the well-established Western Kentucky University Lady 'Topper program at the Nashboro Village Golf Course. TSU returned to competitive play for the first time since winning the Alabama A&M Tournament last spring against WKU. WKU split its team into two groups with the WKU Red shooting a 338, the WKU Toppers 419, and the Lady Tigers 343. "It was a tough day due to the weather and we did not shoot like we were capable," said TSU Coach Glenn Steimling.
