NASHVILLE---Tennessee State University Former Assistant Women's Track and Field Coach Ne'Tarsha Laing-Williams was married on August 18, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. at Born Again Church on Trinity Lane. Coach Laing, a native of Belle Glade, Florida, became Mrs. Ne'Tarsha Laing-Williams when she married Darryl L. Williams, a Staff Sergeant E-6 in the US Military. He is stationed in Germany where Coach Laing-Williams will join him in December 2007. The newly married couple spent their honeymoon in St. Lucia Island in the Caribbean. Coach Laing-Williams is a former student athlete at Tennessee State University [TSU]. She joined the Tigerbelles in 1991 and graduated in 1996. As a Tigerbelle, she was awarded the OVC athlete of the year several times and was OVC champion several times in the 200m, 400m, and 4x4 relay. Shortly after graduating she joined the coaching staff and has finished her 11th season this year at Tennessee State University.
