Donna Brown-Wynn
Donna Brown-Wynn joined the Tennessee State University women's basketball staff in September 2010. With the Lady Tigers, Brown-Wynn will assist with recruiting, perimeter development, scouting and community service efforts.

Brown-Winn came to TSU after 13 seasons with the Belmont University women's basketball program, serving as Associate Head Coach for seven.

Brown-Wynn was a highly successful recruiter for the perimeter, helping to attract some of the region's top players to Belmont.  In addition to recruiting, she was involved in all aspects of the Bruin program including academics, individual workouts, practice planning and instruction.

Brown-Wynn was a key contributor to the development of the guards during her 13 years at Belmont. Under her guidance, several Bruin perimeter players garnered numerous accolades. Most recently, Brown-Wynn coached a player that was ranked in four NCAA Division I statistical categories at the conclusion of the 2008-09 campaign.

Under her guidance, Brown-Wynn has produced two All-Freshmen players, a two-time Atlantic Sun All-Conference selection, a second-team All-Independent player, a first-team All-Independent selection and a Beach Classic MVP.

A four-year starter for Mississippi State University, Brown-Wynn graduated in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in business management. After graduating, she joined the coaching staff as a graduate assistant in 1994, before becoming a full assistant in 1995. She received her master's degree in sports administration in May 1996.

Brown-Wynn is a native of Vicksburg, Mississippi, and a 1989 graduate of Vicksburg High School. She was an All-State performer as the team's Most Valuable Player, and she helped lead Vicksburg to three successive district championships.

She is still active in the community of Vicksburg, holding three summer camps for young boys and girls. The Donna Brown-Wynn Basketball Camp at Vicksburg High School completed its eighth year in June 2010. She also founded two additional summer camps that are expansions of the Vicksburg camp - Franklin Road Academy in Nashville, Tenn., as well as Lanier High School in Jackson, Miss. Both camps are in their third year.
Donna married Micheal Wynn in May of 2008 and the couple currently resides in Antioch, Tenn.
