The Tennessee State University women’s basketball team will close out the month of November with a contest at SEC member Tennessee on Wednesday, Nov. 30. Game time is set for 6 p.m. (7 p.m. ET ) in Thompson Boling Arena.
THE LADY TIGERS AT A GLANCE
Tennessee State has an overall record of 1-4 and is coming off an 80-70 loss to Wisconsin on Sunday. The Lady Tiger schedule has been full of tough competition as TSU has already faced Xavier, Oklahoma State, UNLV and Wisconsin.
Through four games the Lady Tigers are averaging 59.2 points per contest while shooting 38.7 percent from the field and 26.8 percent from three-point range. TSU is struggling from the free-throw line and is only shooting .595 from the charity stripe.

TSU trailed by as many as 21 but battled from behind to cut the deficit to nine points down the stretch. The Lady Tigers were unable to complete the comeback and fell to the Badgers, 80-70, in the consolation game of the Lady Rebel Round-Up. Jayda Johnson led TSU with 23 points and recorded her 1,000th career point while Diamond Beatty (19) and Tia Wooten (10) also scored in double-digits.
