NASHVILLE --- The Tigers are only nine days away from their first match in Charleston, South Carolina against Denver. And after a morning spent helping freshman move into Eppes Hall, the team had its second practice of the day.
Coach Sutton has structured every practice to be intense and require maximum effort from the team, and they are producing results.
Today, the Tigers worked on point scoring and rotations. “The hitters and setters are connecting, the defense is doing well moving around the block and the blockers are getting touches making the hitters work hard,” said freshman utility Sydney Swann.
The Tigers are looking to take on the alumni in their first scrimmage against players not on the team this Saturday.
