LADY TIGERS FALL TO JACKSONVILLE STATE

JACKSONVILLE, Alabama---One day removed from amassing the program's 100th win, the Tennessee State volleyball team fell 0-3, 13-30, 14-30, 26-30, to host Jacksonville State on Saturday afternoon at Pete Matthews Coliseum. Tennessee State (11-10, 4-2 OVC) only managed to hit .030 with 26 kills for the game while Jacksonville State (12-4, 6-0 OVC) hit .296 and collected 47 kills. Erika Goldbolt led the Lady Tigers with 10 digs and seven kills. TSU volleyball returns to action on Wednesday, October 11, when they host Austin Peay. First serve is slated for 7 p.m.
