Andrea Browning joins the Tigers as pitching coach in the fall of 2016 after spending a season at the University of North Florida.
At UNF, Browning served as a volunteer assistant aiding the pitching staff, as well as coordinating community service projects and assisted with the organization and implementation of camps. Prior to working with the Ospreys, Browning founded and served as the head coach of the Sudden Impact organization, while working as a private homeschool educator.
Browning spent her collegiate career at Lambuth University in Jackson, Tenn., where she a degree in Physical Education and Health. After graduation, she began her coaching career as an assistant coach at Austin Peay State University where she spent three seasons. Browning continued her coaching career as an assistant at Belmont University in 2007.
The Franklin, Tenn., native continued her coaching career at Fort Walton Beach High School in Florida, spending four seasons from 2007-11.
Browning earned her Master’s degree in Health and Human Performance – Wellness in Sports Leadership from Austin Peay in 2016.
Browning and her husband Dennis reside in Franklin.
