Tennessee State returns home for the first time since Mar. 25. The Tigers are coming off an 11 game road trip and are scheduled to play an Ohio Valley Conference double header versus Murray State. The Racers enter the weekend on an eight game losing streak. The Tigers are currently on a 23-game skid after dropping a 2-0 decision to Chattanooga on Wednesday evening. The Tigers were scheduled to play Austin Peay on Sunday, but the games have been rescheduled for Wednesday, May 2, due to the potential of inclement weather. Lauren Powell surrendered four hits and three walks as she tossed a complete game. Katie Schneider recorded the lone hit of the night for TSU. As a team, the Tigers have stolen 46 bases, which ties them for eighth in program history.
