Tigers (12-35, 2-17): Tennessee State will close out the 2017 season at Rose Park in Nashville as the team faces crosstown rival, Belmont. The Tigers have posted the second most stolen bases as a team in a season with 60 to date. The 2000 squad set the TSU record with 75. This will mark the final games in a Tiger uniform for Lauren Woodard, Danica Gleason and Courtney Gearlds. Gearlds will leave the program after a four-year career and will stitch her name in the TSU record books in 10 categories, including six in which she is in the top three.

In the circle, freshman Brooklin Lee has emerged as the staffs ace at 16-9 with a 2.50 ERA and 161 strikeouts in 154.0 innings. Lexi Rouse supplies the one-two punch at 8-8 and two saves in 91.2 innings of work. Rouse is holding opponents to a .251 batting average, to go along with Lee at .219, and has accumulated a 3.51 ERA.
