NASHVILLE --- Tennessee State University Director of Athletics, Teresa Phillips, presented at the Women’s Coaches Regional Workshop Tuesday afternoon at Belmont University.
The Ohio Valley Conference collaborated with the Alliance of Women Coaches to provide a one-day regional training program for women coaches, administrators and interested students across the country.

The six-hour event welcomed coaches from the professional, collegiate, high school and youth ranks.
Phillips presented on the panel that focused on “Building a Positive Relationship with Your Administrator.”
"The event was a great networking/professional development opportunity for women coaches," commented Phillips. "So much was shared from very successful and seasoned women whose aim is to help younger women in the business of collegiate athletics."
