Countable Athletically Related Activities
Each sport is required to declare its playing season at the beginning of the academic year. Based on each sport's declared playing season, the following limitations generally apply:
IN·SEASON
◊ Four Hours Per Day ◊ 20 Hours Per Week ◊ Required One Day Off Per Week |
OUT·OF·SEASON
(During the Academic Year) ◊ Eight Hours Per Week ◊ Up to Two Hours of Required Skill Instruction ◊ Required Two Days Off Per Week |
