TSU Athletics joins 104.5 The Zone's SportsFest

Nashville, Tenn. - The Tennessee State University Department of Athletics will join professional and college sport's teams from across Middle Tennessee when it participates in the 104.5 The Zone's SportsFest.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, February 20th, from 8am-5pm at the Nashville Convention Center. Admission is $5.00 and tickets are now on sale.

The 104.5 The Zone's SportsFest, powered by Ferguson Bath Kitchen and Lighting Gallery was created to bring sports fans together to celebrate Middle Tennessee's sports heritage in a fun and affordable setting.

In what will be the most memorable event in The Zone's history, SportsFest will feature a speaker's bureau, interactive games and booth setups from Nashville area teams, including the Tennessee Titans, Nashville Predators, Nashville Sounds, Nashville Super Speedway, Vanderbilt University Commodores, Middle Tennessee State University Blue Raiders, Belmont Bruins, and more.

Tennessee State University's booth will feature TSU Football head coach Rod Reed and the defending PGA Minority Men's Division I Golf National Champions, TSU Golf head coach, Chip Taylor.

The Speaker Series will include Rick Stockstill, Paul Finebaum, A Music City Miracle Panel, and many more.

Free shuttle transportation from 8am-4pm will be provided to SportsFest for patrons who park in Lot A of LP Field, courtesy of Beaman Automotive.
