Entering his first year with the men's basketball program, Chuck Davidson comes to TSU as the Assistant Director of Basketball and Video Operations.
The Peabody, Mass., native will assist Coach Miguel Brady with all aspects of basketball operations, which includes administrative duties, film editing, summer camps and travel arrangements.
Davidson previously served as a graduate assistant at Baylor University. While at Baylor, Davidson checked on student-athletes progress, assisted in practice, edited film and aided coaches with scouting reports.
Last season, Davidson helped Baylor reach the South Regional Final before falling to eventual NCAA Champion Kentucky. Under the direction of Coach Scott Drew, the Bears finished with a school-record 30 wins.
Prior to his arrival at BU, Davidson spent one season at his alma mater Roger Williams as an assistant coach. He assisted with film exchange, recruiting, running drills and scouting opponents for the Hawks.
Davidson graduated from RWU in 2009 and completed his master's degree from Baylor this spring.
