My TSU Experience: DaJion Henderson

DaJion Henderson proved to be an asset for the men’s basketball defense over the course of his career at TSU. The power forward  summed 85 rebounds in his final season and finished with a .652 field goal percentage in 29 games. The Los Angeles, Calif. native earned his bachelor’s degree in Arts and Sciences on May 4.He shared his college experience with tsutigers.com.

A: Great. Very fun.

A: The people.

TSUTigers: What will you miss most about TSU?
A: The people.

TSUTigers: What is your most memorable moment in your sport at TSU?
A: Playing in my first basketball game.

TSUTigers: What is your most memorable non-sport moment at TSU?
A: Just being in Nashville.

TSUTigers: What are some accomplishments/goals that you reached at TSU?
A: Getting my degree

TSUTigers: What advice would you give to incoming freshman?
A: Be smart and don’t get caught up in parties.

TSUTigers: What was your most challenging class at TSU?
A: Physical Science

A: Hamido, Sanford

TSUTigers: Who have been the most influential people to you at TSU?
A: Everyone that I got along with

TSUTigers: What’s next for you?
A: Grad school

A: People I’ll stay in contact with

TSUTigers: What have you learned at TSU that you will keep with you for the rest of your life?
A: Always be loyal to the ones that are loyal to you.
