NASHVILLE --- The second annual Dana Ford Basketball Camp concluded on Thursday, bringing the free four-day camp to an end for the summer.
Approximately 60 campers from the Nashville area, ages 7-13, received instruction from the Tennessee State University men’s basketball coaching staff. The camp focused on helping the campers learn and develop the fundamentals of basketball while also having fun and enjoying the game.
After stretching, the campers were split up into stations to work on drills and skill work. Thursday’s action included free throw and knock out championships, 3v3 and 5v5 competition and an award ceremony with TSU Head Coach Dana Ford.
Lunches were provided throughout the week by Chick-fil-A, Pig and Pie and Cici’s.
