National Signing Day 2012 has finally arrived and excitement is here as Tennessee State University is proud to announce the latest additions to the Big Blue football team.

TSUTigers.com will have a live updates all day here and via our social media pages (Twitter - @TSU_Tigers and Facebook.com/TSU_Tigers). Once our compliance office (@TNSTcompliance) has certified the National Letter of Intent, we'll post information about the newest signees.

Remember to join Coach Rod Reed and the TSU coaching staff to discuss the Class of 2012 at the annual Signing Day Event this evening. The event will be held at the TSU Faculty Dining Hall at 6:30 p.m. All attendees will receive a complimentary ticket to the Lady Tigers women's basketball game versus Eastern Kentucky.

Played in 15 games for Northern Illinois, primarily on the kickoff coverage squad...Recorded 12 total tackles, five solo, in two seasons...A three-year starter for Coach Jerry Verde at Crete-Monee, helped lead the Warriors to a 10-2 record and a trip to the quarterfinals of the state playoffs in 2009...An Illinois High School Football Coaches Association (IHSFCA) 6A first team All-State honoree in 2009...Recorded 90 tackles, 65 solo, three sacks, two interceptions, caused two fumbles and recovered two fumbles at linebacker his senior year...2009 Chicago Tribune second team All-State selection and Chicago Sun-Times All-Area special mention...
