Head Football Coach James Webster to appear on From the Press Box to Press Row

Nashville, Tenn. - Tennessee State University football head coach James Webster will appear as a guest on sports talk radio show FROM THE PRESS BOX TO PRESS ROW on Saturday, September 5th, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. Nashville's WFSK-FM 88.1 will air the broadcast.

The show will take place before the 11th Annual John Merritt Classic when the TSU Tigers host the Alabama A&M Bulldogs. Kick-off is scheduled for 6 p.m.

Early in the preseason, FROM THE PRESS BOX TO PRESS ROW ranked TSU No. 1 in FCS top ten recruiting classes. The Tigers are also ranked 4th in the Boxtorow.com/BASN pre-season FCS HBCU Coaches TOP 10 Football Poll presented by Classics Sports Radio Network. The weekly football poll begins September 14th.

TSU defensive back Eugene Clifford received Boxtorow.com/BASN pre-season All-American Team honorable mention. Clifford was named to the 2008 All Ohio Valley Conference Second and Newcomer Teams. He was also selected to the OVC 2009 Preseason squad.

FROM THE PRESS BOX TO PRESS ROW is the sports talk show which places major emphasis on HBCU Sports. The show airs on 27 radio stations around the country, including WFSK-FM 88.1 in Nashville, TN Saturday from 8-9 a.m. CT.

The show broadcasted live from Super Bowl XLIII in Tampa and was credentialed to cover the Super Bowl game itself.  The show recently celebrated its 200th show
