TIGERS' FINAL HOME GAME TO HONORFANS, SENIORS and SCHOLAR-BALLERS
Fan Appreciation / Senior Day - $5 Tickets - Tennessee State's final home game of the 2006 season has been tabbed as Fan Appreciation Day and will feature several special events honoring students during the course of the game. First of all, starting with the Fan Appreciation segment, football fans will be granted a $5 fee for admission to LP Field to watch the Tigers face the Redhawks of Southeast Missouri State in a Ohio Valley Conference football contest, prize give-aways will be conducted throughout the game. During the pre-game, Tennessee State University will honor players from both TSU and Southeast Missouri who have achieved in the Scholar-Ballers program. The Co-Founder of the national Scholar-Ballers program, Dr. C. Keith Harrison, will be present and joined by TSU and OVC officials to recognize players from both schools who have achieved a GPA of 3.0 or better in their classroom work. During halftime activities, senior members of the football team, sports medicine staff and the TSU Aristocrat of Bands will be presented to the fans. Kick-off is scheduled for 2:30p, on Saturday, November 11th at Nashville's LP Field.
