TEAMS CHOSEN FOR BLUE-WHITE GAME

NASHVILLE --- The draft was held Thursday night for the Tennessee State's Annual Blue-White spring football game for what promises to be another exciting contest. ?It is always turns out to be competitive,? said TSU head coach James Reese. ?A lot of guys always think they have the clear advantage, but usually it turns out to be a close game.? The coaching staff has been divided up to leads the respective teams. Leading the Blue team will be Anthony Owens, Rod Reed, Chris Symington, and Dwayne Thomas. Heading the White team are Bill Khayat, Tony Turner, Randy Fuller, and Harry Galbreath. The Blue team features the versatile Carlos Wright, running back Charles Anthony, and receiver Ronald Jackson to provide big-play possibilities for the offense. The White team has receiver C.J. Johnson and returning first-team All-Ohio Valley Conference defensive backs Scott Cunningham and Deon Giddens. The game will begin at 3 p.m. in Hale Stadium. There is no admission charge to the event. The TSU band and cheerleaders will also be present to provide entertainment. ###
