Ticket Office Manager
Zellina Anderson stepped into the role of Ticket Office Manager at Tennessee State University in September 2013 after serving as the Interim Manager since 2011.
Anderson oversees and supervises the day-to-day operations of the TSU Athletics Ticket Office, which provides ticketing for athletic events as well as other university events. In addition to ticketing, she handles the budget, contributes to the marketing and promotions of events, coordinates season tickets sales and assists with game operations.
Prior to being named the Ticket Office manager, Anderson was the Lead Cashier for the TSU Ticket office for four years. While working as the Lead Cashier, her responsibilities included but were not limited to assisting the ticket office manager with setting up and managing athletic events, event ticket sales, event marketing and promotions, game day operations for football and basketball, as well as other university events.
Anderson is a native of St. Louis, Missouri. Anderson earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in general business from Tennessee State University in 2005. After graduating, Anderson served overseas in Baghdad, Iraq where she was in support of Operation: Iraqi Freedom.
