Day One Results

Jackson, Tenn. --- The Tennessee State University men's golf team is in 10th place after day one of the Grover Page Classic. 

Ryan Pierson leads the Tigers with a score of 144 after carding a 70 and 74 in the opening frames. Pierson is in a tie for fourth place. 

James Stepp sits in 45th place with a score of 158 (81-77) while Codie Welborn is tied in 58th behind a score of 162 (83-79). Dallas Hill (T64) and Matthew Campbell (70) rounded out TSU's scorers for Monday with 164 and 168, respectively.

Final round action will begin with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start tomorrow.
