Nashville, Tenn. - Tennessee State University's track and field standout Michael Rideout was named  adidas®  Ohio Valley Conference Co-Male Track Athlete of the Week for the second week in a row after spotlighting the Flying Tigers at the Alabama Relays last weekend.

In a field of 34 competitors, he recorded a personal best, winning the 400m with a time of 47.95. Rideout won the event while running in the second heat and now currently holds the fastest time in the event in the OVC.

Rideout tacks on his fourth career OVC weekly honor and follows TSU's Nick Horton. Horton won the 400m with a time of 46.69 during the 2004 Alabama Relays.
